Join the Partnership for Community Health for an update on the Regional Community Health Improvement Plan. This meeting will focus on organizations and programming in Lincoln County, but partners throughout the region are welcome to attend and share their work.

You are invited to join us in person at the Samaritan Center for Health Education, or via online meeting. Please contact Amy Young if you need the meeting link or additional information.
