Regional Health Equity Coalition grant

The Oregon Health Authority’s Equity and Inclusion Division has announced a new $225,000, 18-month grant (RFGP #6118) to establish one new Regional Health Equity Coalition (RHEC).

The selected RHEC will join the statewide network, including LBLHEA, and work to eliminate health inequities by 2030 through policy, systems, and environmental changes focused on the Social Determinants of Health and Equity.

Eligible applicants include Federally Recognized Tribes in Oregon or coalitions serving a 2–3 county region in one of the following counties: Clatsop, Columbia, Crook, Deschutes, Gilliam, Grant, Harney, Jefferson, Klamath, Lake, Marion, Polk, Sherman, Tillamook, Wallowa, Wheeler, or Yamhill.

The selected RHEC will advance health equity through policy, systems, and environmental change, with a focus on the Social Determinants of Health and Equity.

Proposal deadline: November 13, 2025

Intent to award: December 15, 2025
