Funding opportunity for Community Health Improvement Plan Implementation

This grant aims to support community-based organizations in advancing the health and well-being of Linn, Benton, and Lincoln County residents by addressing priority areas in the 2024-2028 Community Health Improvement Plan.

Funds are available for programmatic grants ($25,000 and $15,000) and capacity-building grants ($50,000).

This grant is offered in collaboration with the United Way of Linn, Benton & Lincoln Counties, Linn County Health Promotions, and the Partnership for Community Health.
