COVID-19 and Flu Shots: Information from Oregon Health Authority

Oregon Health Authority is aware that, in response to recent federal policy changes and lack of federal guidance, some pharmacies are limiting appointments for the new COVID-19 vaccines.

OHA is currently coordinating with the Governor’s Office, pharmacies, the Oregon Board of Pharmacy, local public-health partners, and clinical providers on this issue.

The OHA will publish updates on this situation as guidance is issued.  In the meantime, please speak with your provider and contact your individual insurance plan for more information.

More information from OHA on vaccine and treatment access
Confused about how to get an updated COVID-19 vaccine? You’re not alone. After the FDA restricted eligibility, getting a COVID vaccine has become complicated — and frustrating for some folks. We’re working to make it easier. Until then, check out our new FAQ for answers. OREGON HEALTH AUTHORITY
