Linn Community Fund Grant

Crossroads Communities is proud to open the application period for the 2026–2027 Linn County Community Fund Grant (LCCF). This funding opportunity was created to support organizations across Linn County that are making a positive difference in the lives of local residents.

Applications are welcome from nonprofit organizations, schools and school districts, educational service districts, and faith-based organizations (non-religious community programs) with a presence in Linn County.

Awards will range from $100 to $5,000. Priority areas for funding include:

  • Physical, mental, or emotional wellness
  • Social connection and positive community involvement
  • Economic opportunity and community vitality
  • Arts, culture, and creative enrichment

Application opens: April 27, 2026

Questions due: May 11, 2026

Application deadline: May 29, 2026
