Community Capacity Building Funds

As part of the Oregon Health Plan’s new Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) benefits to address climate, nutrition and housing needs, IHN-CCO will be granting Community Capacity Building Funds (CCBF) to community partners. In 2025 IHN will be awarding $3,601,581.00.

  • Housing Benefit Providers.
  • Local food programs to provide the ‘fruit and veggie’ benefit.
  • Partners able to support climate device services during surges in demand.

For more information and application materials, visit the IHN-CCO website. Grant applications will be accepted April 1 through May 30, 2025.
