The image is a composite design that focuses on the "Regional Community Health Improvement Plan." The Partnership for Community Health logo is in the upper left corner. To the right, bold text announces "Regional Community Health Improvement Plan." Below, a rectangular photo shows two individuals walking arm in arm across a wooden bridge, surrounded by lush greenery. Beneath the bridge photo, a map highlights three counties in Oregon: Lincoln, Benton, and Linn, each in distinct colors.

“National Public Health Week is a great opportunity to share the Community Health Improvement Plan with the Board of Commissioners and our partners across the region. Attaining the highest level of health for a whole community involves all sectors uniting in places we live, work, learn, and play that promote well-being. This regional CHIP represents the community’s vision for a collaborative effort to address root causes of our health challenges”

Amy Young, PCH Project Manager
