Social Accountability Grants

Samaritan Health Services is pleased to announce that the 2026 Social Accountability Grant Request for Proposals (RFP).

This funding opportunity s innovative, community-focused projects that align with the Regional Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) and serve residents of Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties. Special consideration will be given to projects supporting transportation, language access, and those serving Linn and/or Lincoln counties

Eligible applicants include governmental agencies, 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and coalitions. Awards will be available at the $5,000, $10,000, $25,000, and $50,000 levels, with a total of $200,000 in funding available.

RFP opens: September 15, 2025

Optional Information session: September 23, 3:00 – 4:00 pm; email communityhealth@samhealth.org for meeting invite

Application deadline: November 7, 11:59 pm

Award notifications: December 12

Project period: January 1 – December 21, 2026
