Updates on new federal rules for Oregon Health Plan

Starting in 2027 at the earliest, new federal rules will require Oregon Health Plan (OHP) members to renew more often. Some adult OHP members will also have new requirements to be working, volunteering, or attending school.

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is planning how to implement these new federal rules and keep people covered as much as possible. Go to the OHP member page about federal changes for more information and updates.

These changes will not affect all OHP members.
