Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace annual report

The Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace released its 2025 Annual Report today, highlighting new insights into affordability trends for 2026 marketplace coverage. Key findings include significant increases in average monthly premiums and financial assistance, decreases in premium tax credits, and shifts in the types of plans selected by consumers.

These changes reflect shifting affordability dynamics for consumers and underscore the continued importance of financial assistance in maintaining access to coverage, particularly as premiums rise.
