Federal government shutdown and SNAP benefits

Information from the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS)

The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) sent 100% of November SNAP food benefits to all eligible Oregonians on November 7, 2025.
Everyone who receives SNAP in Oregon received their full month of benefits, even if they usually receive their benefits later in the month.
All households who receive SNAP now have their full November benefits on
their Oregon EBT card.
