Access to Care, Benton County

Community Health Worker Training Program

Benton County Health Department is collaborating with the Oregon Health Authority Public Health Division to provide Community Health Worker training to 24 individuals.

Eligible applicants will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis until each region’s allocated spots are filled.

Applications will open on June 3 and will close on June 24. The virtual training runs from July 14 – August 20 and will be free to qualified candidates. Upon completion, participants are eligible to apply for the Oregon Health Authority’s Traditional Health Worker Registry.
