Healthy Homes Grant Program

The Healthy Homes Grant Program (HHGP) is a grant program run by the Oregon Health Authority to fund eligible entities (such as nonprofit organizations) to repair homes for low-income Oregonians. HHGP cannot directly fund individuals for home repair needs. 

The latest Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) is focused on repairing home for individuals with disabilities or older adults.

  • Application closed on September 9, 2026
  • Total funding available: $4,700,000; Applicants can request up to $500,000
  • Grant period is 3 years, longer proposals may be considered
  • Recipient households must be at or below 80% area median income
