PCH Communications Assessment

Transcribed text:
Community-Centered Vision; collective Impact; Diversity, Inclusion and Representation; Sharing what Works; Stewards of Science

The Partnership for Community Health contracted with the Rede Group in 2025 to review our communications and create a strategic plan. The goal was to understand what we are doing well, where we can improve, and how the PCH can better connect across our network. We also focused on on strengthening collaboration with regional partners.

The PCH is excited to share the outcomes of the assessment. This includes an assessment report that summarizes feedback from out network, a strategic communications plan, and a communications toolkit with a framework for accessible messaging
