The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) announces the 2026-2027 School-Linked Mobile, Telehealth, and Healthcare Access Request for Proposals (RFP).
This funding will support reducing barriers to healthcare access through leveraging electronic communications technologies to provide healthcare services to patients remotely, bringing care directly to patients via mobile health units, and/or other pilot models for increasing school youth access to care.

All proposals must be received by June 2nd, 2026 at noon.
Funding is open to School Districts (SDs), Educational Service Districts (ESDs), or Community/Culturally Based Organizations (CBOs), Local Public Health Authorities (LPHAs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), hospital systems, or other medical entities based on a competitive proposal review process.
